Lovely family run hotel in an excellent area close to the rocky sea front and bars and restaurants. Fairly friendly staff, well-equipped, recently renovated rooms with a view. Plenty of food at the tasty breakfast. Great and perfect location, next door to all attractions. Again, not far from Cyprus Art College. Recommend to anyone.

The location was good and beautiful, near the harbor where bus connections meet, it's a plus. I was surprised at nearby Baracas Lounge, they had some goodies, drinks. I enjoyed the savoury and sensational breakfast.

My room was good-sized and nicely decorated with every other window, seaview, a balcony, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and excellant - at a moderate distance from Sandy Beach.

Large sea view room: very peaceful: plentiful hot water at all times: facilities to make own breakfast in room. Fabulous location with many interesting things to do/see as well as sunbathe. Charming owners for whom nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic value. Would book a room with balcony next time.
Wish we'd booked a room with outside space, e.g. balcony.

Hotel needs a make over, facilities and fixtures are worn out, outdated and looking tired. Despite claims on the website no internet signal in the rooms.

Came with my family, everything was fine. The staff were all professional, competent. My bed was comfortable and the room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was excellent, plus the location was the best.
